Ordering and delivery

What delivery options can I choose from?

Your order will be shipped with PostNL and delivered to the address you provided with your order. At this time, studio Proncktuk does not offer any other shipping options.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €4.95 for orders up to €49.99. If you order for €50 or more, shipping costs are free.

For orders within the European Union, shipping costs are €15.50 for orders up to €49.99. If you order for €50 or more, shipping costs are €11.50.

For orders outside the European Union, shipping costs are €33.75 for orders up to €49.99. If you order for €50 or more, shipping costs are €29.75.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Here are the estimated delivery times:

Within the Netherlands :

  • Standard shipping: 1 to 3 business days.

International :

  • Within the EU: 3 to 7 working days.
  • Outside the EU: 7 to 21 working days

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Yes, absolutely! If you would like your order to be gift wrapped, please indicate this in the 'Special Order Instructions' field in your shopping cart.

Can I order a gift voucher?

Yes, indeed! Studio Pronckstuk has gift cards with different values. You can find the gift cards here .

How do I place an order?

1. Search for the product you would like to buy on pronckstuk.com.
3. Click the blue Add to Cart button.
4. In the new screen, click Checkout .
5. Click on Pay to start your order. Do you have a voucher? Enter it at the bottom of your shopping cart under Enter Voucher Code .
6. Do you have a discount code or gift card? Enter the code in the 'Discount code or gift card' field and click apply.
7. If necessary, enter your delivery address.
8. Choose a payment method and complete the payment easily.
9. Your order has been placed! You will receive a confirmation by email.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed within 2 business days. For example, if you order a set of greeting cards on Saturday, they will be shipped no later than Tuesday. More information about processing time can be found in the shipping policy .

Can I pay afterwards?

Yes, this is possible. You can pay afterwards with a credit card or with Klarna.

Exchanges and returns

What should I do if I want to return my order?

You can return your order. To do so, send an email to studio Pronckstuk within 14 calendar days of receiving your product(s). You will then receive further instructions from studio Pronckstuk by email. After you have registered your return and received the instructions, you must actually return the product within 14 calendar days. The shipping costs for returns are at your expense. More information about returns can be found in the refund policy .

I have returned my product. When will I receive the purchase amount back?

Once your return has been received and reviewed, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. For more information about refunds, please see our refund policy .

Other frequently asked questions

I find the products from Studio Pronckstuk expensive, why is that?

I understand that you find the products of studio Pronckstuk expensive. There are a number of reasons for this:

  • The products are printed on sustainable paper, e.g. on paper with an FSC quality mark or on paper that is bleached without chlorine. This paper is more expensive than 'normal' paper.
  • The envelopes that come with the greeting card sets are made from Paperwise. This is made from 100% agricultural waste, for which no trees are cut down and the production is CO2 neutral. These envelopes are more expensive than 'normal' envelopes.
  • The packaging materials are also sustainable as much as possible. For example, the tissue paper has an FSC quality mark and the sealing stickers are printed with water-based ink.
  • Painting and designing the products takes a lot of time. For example, making one painting takes an average of five hours.
  • The products of studio Pronckstuk are unique and available in limited editions, and therefore exclusive.

How can I best style Studio Pronckstuk products in my interior?

You have several options to style the products of studio Pronckstuk:

  • You can frame the art cards in a nice picture frame. You can do that with or without a passe-partout. With a nice plant, a nice home accessory or for example a vase you can immediately create a cozy corner. You will find a number of examples with the art cards.
  • The original gouache paintings are a real eye-catcher on your wall. Frame them with or without a passe-partout.
  • You can hang the greeting cards on a memo board, but it is also possible to frame them.
